Quite often I hear it’s cheaper to buy the bigger bag. Which I totally get.
But ask yourself this. If you are buying the bigger bags so it lasts longer and then demolishing them all in one sitting was saving 30p worth feeling sh*t over?
When your sleep has been negatively impacted your more likely to reach for calorically higher foods.
This is because ghrelin (hunger hormone) is increased and leptin (the hormone that lets you know when your full up) decreases.
