💚 Add in at least 2 portions of fruit or veg
💚 Make sure it’s a good sized portion (I say it all the time, scrimping on your calories usually leads to a snaccident).
💚 Keep it tasty, I’ve added fresh herbs to this spag bol. Healthy eating shouldn’t be bland.
