I'm going to steal the bottom item on your list Leigh! I could probably do with being a bit braver in life.
Other than that, I'm looking forward to seeing what 2023 brings business-wise. Personally, it might be a difficult year as my eldest is planning on moving away for uni. It makes me nervous just thinking about it so I'm hoping to make it through the year without stressing too much!

Hopefully 2023 will be a good year for everyone - both business-wise and personally!
To be more eco friendly both in business and my personal life.
To run atleast 1 networking event in Inverness
To still be in business by the end of 2023
To do atleast 1 thing per week I would rather put off.
What about you Simon?

Sounds like some great goals - be interested in the Inverness networking event.
For me, continuing to grow my book themed networking events. Continuing to market my software products, adapting them for challenging times. And lots more walks along the beach!

More baking too Simon?
I've just discovered a recipe for Lebkuchen. They're delicious!

Yes definitely some more baking planned!
Actually brought ingredients for making shortbread, originally planned as a gift for someone who has recently passed away, however might make them anyway over the Christmas break! :)
Also been experimenting more with vegan baking recently, including using aquafaba instead of eggs.

Sorry to hear that Simon.
We've only tried the meringues with aquafaba, they weren't a huge success! I have a few vegan cake recipes if you need any. My mum is vegan and my son had an egg allergy when he was younger so I've had to get creative over the years!
