Due to other commitments, I'm finding myself at my desk and ready to work at around 7.45am each morning and it feels like I'm always waiting for the world to catch up!

I'm an early bird for sure, If you get a chance read the book Why we sleep. It explains why some people are night owls and others are early birds.
I'll have to have a look at that, sounds interesting. I definitely wouldn't say I was an early bird through choice! I can be incredibly grumpy first thing ha ha. It's just the way life is working out for me at the moment.
A bit of both really - ended up working late recently, although in past gotten up early! Guess it depends on time of year, etc.!
