Carrot cake!

I've not done any baking since Halloween, until now! Finally made the carrot cake I've mentioned in a few previous posts.

Do you like carrot cake? Any favourite carrot cake recipes, or places you like to buy them?

And if you don't like carrot cake - what is your favourite cake? Either cakes you make yourself, or buy from the shops?

    I love a carrot cake but rarely make it as the kids aren't fans :-(

      Thank you! Used the Doves Farm recipe and made it vegan by replacing eggs with aquafaba! :)
