You voted and now Jeff's Challenge is set for September!

Thank you everyone who voted, it was revealed on air that 5k a Day won the vote!

So from 1st - 30th September Jeff must do 5k a Day in support of our Coat Appeal.

But... he wants YOU to join him! If you fancy walking, running, cycling or even swimming 5k everyday in September then check out the full details and how to sign up HERE

    I really want to do the early morning sea dip. i already do the cold water therapy in the shower but its not the same.
