Wellbeing

I find this story, that senior leaders are still blocking wellbeing strategies in the workplace, depressing, especially after the year we’ve all just had. I guess the businesses where wellbeing is placed as a priority should do better. What do you think?

  • Hi Nicky,  it is shocking how many companies seem to think that employees are out of sight and out of mind, while they work in isolation at home. I think however it will draw a line going forward with the companies that do genuinely care about the wellbeing of their employees being the ones that are more likely to pull through these challenging times and succeed in the future. Got to hope so anyhow :-)

    • I agree Alice Arandia that we have to be optimistic and hope things will change going forward. However, those companies who are doing it right will become noticed as 'employers of choice' as employees will talk about their positive experiences.
