Intercultural Skills Coaching and Workshops 

1-1 or group workshops and coaching on doing business internationally - specific courses on Latin America and Central Asia and developing Cultural Intelligence (CQ®)

CQ® is an essential skill in international business, and one we can continually improve.  We all see the world from different perspectives.  Conflict and issue within teams, organisations and international business ventures all too often arise simply due to cultural misunderstandings.  CQ skills can make the difference between project success and failure, an international contract being signed or not, and a multicultural team that works or one that doesn't. Investing in cultural mentoring, training and workshops to increase our knowledge and develop strategies to improve our intercultural relations and interactions can make all the difference - and that is where I am here to provide support.  I use my own knowledge of interntational business over 25+ years, combined with research based tools and assessments to provide practical guidance and skills that can be implemented by any individual or organisation. :-)

Network with individuals & companies wanting to develop and grow their career or business internationally, and managers seeking to improve cohesion and effectiveness of multicultural teams be that in UK or across the world. Connection with anyone seeking to develop their business in new markets, already working with clients in different countries, or with multicultural teams. 

What makes you/your business/organisation different?

We can apply theory and practical experience in business with extensive first hand knowledge of working and doing business in different cultures, and geographical areas. developing businesses in Bolivia, Trinidad & Tobago, Ghana, Kazakhstan and of course UK, over the last 30 years. 

Our small team of process engineers have 20+ years working in pipeline and process services both in UK and internationally. We can provide project support, supervisors and managers, for operations, procedure writing and test pack preparation. We also have a suite of training courses in nitrogen handling, pumping, HLD and test pack preparation. 

Share some life or business wisdom!

At this time of global uncertainty, with economies around the world shaken up, political uncertainty, and adoption of AI, we need to be adaptable, flexible and resourceful. These are skills that will serve us well both locally and internationally.  Not every business will need to look for new markets, but many will. Assuming that the way you do things in one country will be the same in another, is the first mistake many people make.  Your values shouldn't change, but you have to be aware of how your own culture influences both your perception of a situation and how you are perceived.  Learning and understanding the differences goes a long way towards building long term, successful .. and profitable.. business relationships around the world.
