I was made aware yesterday that a café close to our office AMS Global Group Ltd is really struggling for customers due to the road closure, which is in place for 16 weeks. Sweet Mama’s Kitchen on Palmerston Road. Since the road works have started, they have had no customers. Unfortunately, if this continues, they will have to cease trading. The current owner took over just before covid struck and has had a really rough deal over the last few years.
So my plea, buy local (to the office) lets support a business close to us who are struggling. I’m not asking you to buy lunch there every day but maybe give them a try, swap out your burger van bacon roll for a sweet mama’s kitchen one, like Tesco’s say, “every little helps”.
They have a delicious range of goods on offer and the service is fantastic. So many cafes and restaurants have failed over the last few years in Aberdeen lets not make another!
Having a meeting, pop in. Lookign for a new place for lunch, drop by. Use it or lose it people!

I've never been but will make a point to go! So important to support local.
They catered for our TAB members social and delivered a wonderful grazing table.
We have the capacity to support local businesses.

I've never been in, but also seen their post over the weekend. Didn't even know anything was there, looks like a sweet little cafe!

Excellent cafe. Not just fine pieces, but proper cakes. Get in there and support them!
