Between October and early March in the UK due to poor sunlight we do not get enough vitamin D and since it's difficult to get adequate amounts from food sources alone it's probably worth considering taking a daily supplement of 10ug.
Vitamin D helps us regulate the amount of calcium and phosphate in our body which is vital for strong bones and muscle. 💪🏻
