I’m feeling refreshed and recharged and this time I didn’t wait until I was burnt out to take a break.

Prevention will always be better than cure. ✌️

I’m just making my way through emails, messages and getting washing caught up. (I always unpack straight away).

Tomorrow I’ll be opening my diary to take on 4 more 1-1 clients.

That is really great advise Siobhan, recognising wr need to take personal time away is so important.

That looks stunning! I always unpack straight away too. Definitely had to this weekend as I did Drumchapel parkrun before heading home. Hot and hilly as! I was a sweaty mess lol. Had to steal a plastic bag to put my running stuff in!
