When did you start your business? And what has changed in your business (e.g. what you do, technology, good practices, regulations, etc.) since you started?

Happy business birthday!
I started in 2010. Feels like a lifetime ago. I'm definitely using a lot more technology than when I first started, and Covid pushed me into doing more meetings online. That has actually proved to be a positive as I can minute meetings without having to travel to people's offices. I've picked up a lot of clients based in England which I wouldn't have been able to do before.
What has changed for you Simon?
Great that technology has let you grow your business.
I'd say for me, branching out into book writing, and starting my book group/networking events - both things I'd never thought I'd be doing in February 2012!
Technology wise, I'd say the pandemic and cost of living has meant there was more demand for my software products - both for working for home, and because it's desktop-based rather then subscription!
