Anyone else partial to a duck egg?

Out for a catch up with clients last night and I was sent home with several boxes of duck eggs.

So the question is......scrambled, poached, fried or boiled?

I've never tried duck eggs - although I'd go with boiled! Or scrambled if served with potato scones and peeled plumb tomatoes! :-)

If you'd asked about a creme egg Phil I could have understood ;-).
It's been a long long time since I tried a duck's egg and can't remember if I like it or not so will have to give another go.

The scrambled duck eggs at Figment Coffee are amazing, nice with a bit of hot sauce

One from one of my own Hens. Then it does not matter which way it is cooked as the taste is so much better. My own preference is poached (maybe on a bed of freshly wilted spinach and a smoked fish fillet on top with a touch of chilli oil).
