If you'd asked about a creme egg Phil I could have understood ;-).
It's been a long long time since I tried a duck's egg and can't remember if I like it or not so will have to give another go.
One from one of my own Hens. Then it does not matter which way it is cooked as the taste is so much better. My own preference is poached (maybe on a bed of freshly wilted spinach and a smoked fish fillet on top with a touch of chilli oil).
