  • Just back from 10 days holiday where my eating was not planned in the least (and there were chippers on every street corner and a lot of afternoon drinking!!).

Looking forward to planning ahead and getting back to a more healthy diet laughing

    • This is why I tell my clients if they gave themselves full permission to eat what they want they won't eat food like chippers and cake all the time because they would get sick of it. Point and case when you come back from holiday you look forward to getting back to your "normal" diet.

      • 100%! I could not live off what I've been eating while on holiday. Definitely looking forward to getting back to normal :-)

  • I add veg to everything. I love broccoli so add it in to pastas, lasagne etc.

I've been trying to use different veg recently so I added a layer of egg plant in to my last lasagne as well

    • Love this, grating courgette into pastas is another way to up the veg.

  • How can I eat more veg? Love fruit and eat lots. Veg, not so much!

    • Just add more into your main meals. For example if you are making a pot of chilli add an extra pepper and some celery. With mince and tatties add in some carrot and peas.

I also like to add kidney beans to my fajitas to bulk the portio up and add more fibre.

      • Thanks for that. Do you think Kylie and Dannii eat alot of veg?

  • Thanks for the tips!

I know I am guilty of eating when my body is telling me I am thirsty and not planning ahead.
