There was a time when the #tech industry used to be the male industry with iconic personalities such as Mark Zuckerberg, Steve Jobs, and Tim Cook. However, times have changed, and women are now playing a huge part than never before, google , apple and facebook for example are reportedly hiring women 238% faster than men.
There's a lot to celebrate about #women's achievements but there's still more to do. And there is a place and a space for all 🌍💜

Its interesting to see how many companies are still way behind the time, I was recently with a company and I was the only female in the management team, all other manager sat on the upper floor and I was sat down stairs with the admin team. All male manager had access to company cars, i used my own. I get it nots about where you sit etc, but it is about treating people equally.
