Quite a few bank holidays coming up during May! What do you have planned for the various bank holiday weekends? Working or having some time off?

I'm doing an afternoon tea with my mum next Saturday so there will be some baking, not suree what yet.
Afternoon tea sounds like a great idea - hope the baking goes well!
I'm not sure I'll get any baking done this weekend as we're debating whether to go down to Edinburgh to watch my son play with his cadet pipeband at the castle tomorrow night!
I really need to look at this software though as I have all my recipes saved as bookmarks on my phone!
