Why I don’t agree with labelling food as “good” or “bad”.
Your seeing your worth as what you ate that day and you are so much more than that.
You were not bad because you ate some cake. Nor were you good because you ate a salad. (Trust me I know a few a**holes and just cos they eat some leaves doesn’t make them a better person).
Of course there are more nutritious options out there but picking things that aren’t as nutritiously dense doesn’t make you a horrible person.
