As you might know I've been working from a home office for the past 12 years.
I really didn't give it much thought, it seemed like a good option, UNTIL I won a prize of co-working office space with Centrum Offices on Union street in Aberdeen. I am in week 2 and I cannot begin to tell you how good it feels to get up and go out to work. I had got to the point where I found working from home was actually a very lonely way to work. Don't get me wrong, I do plenty of networking and I am always out meeting prospects or coaching my clients at their offices too.
It's really great to have a place centrally positioned where my clients can come to see me, my time is now spent more constructively and I'm reducing my carbon footprint as well.
The office space is really enjoyable, a bit of chatter, plently of areas where you can do your work, and as you probably already know, awesome coffee. I've even got a new client since arriving here only a week ago.
I just want to thank Centrum for this great opportunity to try co-working space out.
