Happy New Year everyone! Back in the office for me today, amazed that its 2020 already! Do people still making new years resolutions? I've heard of people aiming to eat an apple a day and others aiming to run a marrathon! I think I'll just try to manage my time better... I might say that every year though! ;)

Yes it is that time of year again - this time I got started early (October) and changed it to NEW YEARS ACTIONS as apposed to resolutions. Good news is that I have actully completed the first one as of today and the 2nd will be completed by the end of this week, still got others to do but focusing on quarterly blocks, with the 4th quarter being my review of progress YTD and to start setting next years ACTIONS. Good luck to all with their resolutions

My resolutions are a bit delayed as we had to move house over Christmas so I am just sitting down for it this weekend. Looking forward to 2020 and the upcoming years. I have different goals for different categories and it always serves me well to re-evaluate what I want. As the year changes, I change and it helps when you adjust your goals accordingly. Wow thats a busy Christmas moving house, but what a great way to start the new year! You definitely deserve a bit of sitting down time. I like the idea of re-evaluating and adjusting goals as the year goes on, as a working mum things do change quickly.

Yes, have made one or two (but we can make changes/adjustments any time!). Less work, more golf is the gist of it again!
