10844413659?profile=RESIZE_710xA question I ask myself on the regular.

It could be as something as simple as getting petrol before the red light comes on. (Why do I play petrol roulette as much as I do?) 🙈

Or getting your washing put away as soon as its dry.

Maybe it's packing your gym bag the night before.

If future you will thank you for starting on your health goals now then my next 8 week coaching programme is for you.

We start on the 26th October and finish up on the 14th December. That means you will be one step ahead of "that" new year resolution.

  • Good one SJ. And surely everyone should have a little petrol roulette in their lives??

Future me will thank me for working this off season on a more square clubface at impact (but you knew that!)

    • Exactly, live life on the edge and see how far you can get with the petrol light on.

      Get practicing!

      • Having 'broken down' when I was 17, walked to the nearest phone box (showing my age!) and phoning my dad to be rescued - only to find out I'd run out of petrol, has kind of put me off running the risk again ha ha!

        • hahaha! I think something like this has to happen to me so I learn my lesson.

  • Future me would thank me for being able to turn off at night and actually get some sleep!

And petrol roulette - that gives me the fear ha ha!

    • I tell myself that I won't do again but that petrol light always comes on! (woops)

I set an alarm for bed time now to start winding down which I think helps.
