How many of us believe in this saying 🤔 (what goes around comes around)
Although I’ve yet to find my first investor I’ve not been short of offers. The offers or terms did not suit me personally but rather than just saying no and moving on I’ve been busy pairing up people.
In the past two weeks alone I’ve secured someone a £90k investment to buy their first flip. And two others I have helped secure money towards their refurb costs. Not only that 3 properties I have suggested people look into 1 has been bought and another being offered on. 👊🏻
None of which has generated me an income but am sure one day these favours will be repaid 😃
