What are your thoughts on using Ryanair?

3443030151?profile=RESIZE_710xRyanair has come bottom in an annual Which? survey rating the customer services of 100 popular UK brands. Given a choice of 50 terms to describe the airline, many respondents picked "greedy", "sneaky" and "arrogant". I've personally not had any bad experiences when travelling with Ryanair, but I may have just been lucky on those occasions.     Hi Claire - I often use them when flying in-between Edinburgh and London. As the flight has such a short journey time, I really don't need the bells and whistles. They provide a cheap and good service - The flights are usually very cheap, but the costs appear when you get their "additional items". Cheers

      Hi Dale, I totally agree and I think you know what you are getting for the reduced flight price. It appears some customers using Ryanair have higher expectations of the airline and this is where the frustration is caused.
