If you haven’t paid that much attention to your diet for a number of years, stop expecting that you are going to undo all your habits in less than a month.

💚 Start small – Pick no more than 3 new habits to work on and really focus on them.
💚 Be specific – Create an environment that will make sticking to your new habits easier.
💚 Stay patient – don’t expect things to happen overnight, remember why you started this journey.
💚 Be consistent – even on the days you don’t want to show up do it, some is better than none.
