Hey everyone,
I've been sitting at my desk for longer spells recently and my body hasn't been happy about it. So, I invested in a stand up desk converter which I've just set up today. It seems great so far but I was wondering if anyone has any tips, pros, cons etc from their own experience with standing desks?
Have a great day!
Graham.

I would be very interested to try one too. Which model did you get? Any drawbacks so far?
My colleague Doug constructed one out of boxes once when he had a bad back, it was very funny to see him standing at what can only be described as a 'homemade lecturn' that looked like a primary school project!
Hi Tim. I got a Flexispot M7-M17W - https://flexispot.co.uk/desk/converters/alcoveriser-standing-desk-c...
Early days for me but positive so far. I saw a great video with some tips - apparently there's a healty standing / sitting ratio! Check out this fun video - https://youtu.be/zvaPuT_1qYQ
Ooo, and how was it today? I think i'd like one of these if I had the room.
I'm the same. If I had the room it would be a great investment. I've had a stack of back issues over the years from sitting at a desk.
It's my hips that got it the worst! 👨🏻🦳
It's great, very comfortable for me. I got it from flexispot.com, it just sits on my normal desk and goes up and down easily.
