I shared this on my socials a few weeks back but I recently completed on my 2nd BTL property refurbishing the whole property. The bathroom outcome is my favourite, be great to hear what you guys like/don't like so I know for future projects. This was refurbished with 3rd/4th year students or young professionals in mind and delighted that tenants had signed up before the refurbishment was even complete thanks to some of my very good property contacts. Due to the way this deal was structured, I should be able to pull all my investment out after the first year and have a cashflowing asset going forward.
However, I am always looking to speak to other property investors, whether they are actively investing in the market or if they are passive investors (we are currently offering 8% guaranteed return on investment if anyone wants to make money for doing nothing!?). Yes, I was delighted to secure them before renovation was even completed so it made for minimum void time.
Thanks so much-the bathroom was such a small place so tried to maximise the size and i think all white would have just been too much so glad you like the tiles-it is tricky to pick something that you like but also you know will appeal to the masses :D
