There are three ways to transform things in your life and business

๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: You feel something new and you take action.
๐๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ: You are someone new and because you are a different person, you act differently.

Needless to say that the most powerful and effective way to transform is by shifting our identity. ๐ถ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐-๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐. If you think you are good at procrastinating, you will be good at procrastinating. If you think you find it hard to wake up in the morning, you will find it hard to wake up in the morning. And so on.
The problem is for most people, our identity is not created by us. It is created by society. That is our perception of others perception of us. And our subconscious mind is a bit complicated for this. So it holds on to things. Sometimes the perception may be from years ago, but it is still holding it in your head as your identity.
Shifting one's identity through TLP and NLP techniques is one of the most important things I do with my clients in our 121 coaching sessions.
What is created can be yours but is not you. ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐๐๐๐.ย
