Going in and making big changes will likely be difficult to stick to. Motivation is finite.

  • I go on the theory that if it took me 18 months or so to fall out of shape and good habits, i cant expect to reverse that in any less time.  Small changes and make a start, any start, is better than doing nothing at all.
