Self-reflection can really help you prepare for upcoming changes in your life.

For many of us, the return to the office is approaching, so it’s good to think about how we can get ready for the change.

I read a great article with a few suggestions that really stood out to me:
“You can also work on your conscientiousness from the outside in, by making tweaks to your environment that facilitate your goals; for instance, make a habit of preparing in the evening what you will need for work the next morning, wear headphones in an open-plan office to block out distraction and use apps to set limits to your social-media use.”

In what ways will you prepare for changes to your workplace?

  • The link seems to be unavaible, but you make such a good point.  I'm now working from home full time so I'm making the conscious effort to get out everyday and follow the prompts on my apple watch to stand up.  I don't want the lockdown weight to creep back on.  Thanks Nicky

    • Sorry about the link not working Jennifer Taylor I'll look into it! 😳

I know what you mean about relying on your Apple watch to give you reminders to move around, I find I can be glued to the desk in my home office for hours without realising it! A bit of a walk around the block or out with the dog definitely helps to keep the extra lockdown weight at bay! 😁
