Every human is individual so for anyone to assume that just because they cut out carbs, did intermitted fasting, the 5:2 or any other type of diet and that because it worked for them so everyone else must do it too then I am sorry it’s just plain lazy. ❌
We each have different traditions, tastes, experiences and relationships with food so any programmes for clients should be personalised and not just something generically rolled out because, “If I did it so can you”. 💁🏼♀️

So true. I hate the suggestion of cutting out sugar/carbs entirely - I don't need that negativity in my life!
No one needs that negativity, glad you agree. There is actually a hormone called Neuropeptide Y (NYP) which is produced to stimulate an apetite for carbs, so it just shows that we shouldn't cut them out our lives.
