I know how much nature relaxes me and the stillness and peace I derive from it. Nothing beats a long dog walk in the countryside. But this is a fascinating article about how even looking at art depicting nature has a positive impact on us.

Oh I completely agree Nicky. I would go crazy if I didn't have my little pup to take out!
I actually bought a little art nature book from Edinburgh Botanics recently, basically something I can take out with me on our walks and each page prompts you to draw/paint/doodle. It's really nice :)
