In the Corporate Travel arena we are hearing more and more noise about Net Zero and Sustainability being important factors in clients decision making when re-starting corporate travel again.
As in most cases, when International Companies start prioritising initiatives such as this, it is only a matter of time before that batton is passed down to the SME supply chain that support them....and that batton is heading our way!
Now I am sure I am not alone in thinking, "I have heard of these terms and have a rough understanding of what they mean, BUT..... in real terms, we are a small business and have no internal expertise in this area plus limited resources, how do we start figuring out what all this means for us and our business?"
