My career path has taken a few twists and turns, as is the case for many of us, but one consistent element of every role I’ve had is working with people. My career has grown out of my desire to help people. That has got me to the position I’m in today, in a job I absolutely love!

Good post Nicky. Love that it starts off with Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs!

  I'm a big fan of Maslow and although the Hierarchy of Needs is an old model, it's still relevant today...the oldies are always the best! 😀
