Here are some benefits ⬇️

💚 They are low in calories and packed with nutrients, especially Vitamin K which is essential for blood clotting and bone health and vitamin c which helps with the absorption of iron

💚 Sprouts are full of fibre which supports gut health and regularity

💚 Brussel sprouts have an impressive amount of antioxidants which are compounds that reduce oxidative stress in your cells and help lower your risk of chronic disease.

Personally my fave way to have them is drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with oil and roasted. (I'm not a fan of them when they are overcooked and soggy). 🤮
