There are so many talented, passionate and inspirational women who absolutely have the ability to be great leaders and this psychological problem holds them back. Surrounding ourselves with positive people who believe in us can really help build confidence and self esteem...and having a good coach is also very helpful!
I don't think anyone is immune to Imposter Syndrome, it's just that some of us hear that internal voice louder than others!
