The weekend is almost finished and most of us will be going back to work on Monday. I would love to hear below from you how do you prepare for the next week?

  • I do mine on a Sunday night. :) 

    • Awesome! Does that work well for you?

      • Yeah I like it, its almost like a brain dump for the new week. 

  • Try to do prep on a Friday before I finish up. Definitely nothing over the weekend!

    • Good on having clear boundaries. When you say "try" does that mean you don't always manage?

      • Yeah, sometimes too full on on a Friday and put it off until Monday. But always feel better when I know there's a plan in place. Then it's onto the weekend, switching off and no work!

        • It does make it easier to switch off for sure. Stops your head from going over stuff over and over again. 

  • Honestly for me it varies from week to week. Some weeks i'm super prepared on a Sunday eve - lists written and/or I start early. Other weeks I totally wing it on a Monday morning. I'd love to get into a stricter routine with it, as it does feel better having prepared. 

    • Feeling / being prepared does help doesn't it. Do you work on the weekends? If not, it might help to get organised on Friday afternoon. All set for the upcoming week.

      • A Friday could be the answer! I'll try that :)
