  • Different indeed Jessie Crawley and we have to be mindful that our staff are becoming fatigued with the 'new normal'.

    Resilience is something that many of my coaching sessions are focusing on and finding the right tools for each individual. What I find surprising, is that many of my clients are third sector businesses who are investing in their staff this year. Something I would expect the oil & gas and private sectors to be doing!
