No plans to have any Christmas night out this year. I know a few folk doing a Zoom night out but we will wait until we can have a face to face one. I did give my staff an extra week off earlier in the year to say thanks for all their hard work during lockdown.
That is great Phil. We are a small team so we decided to send cocktail boxes to employees and are plumping for zoom drinks.

I've heard about a few different things this year, including charity donation, gift cards for staff or even putting off the night out until sometime next year
