Since learning that some of my clients abbreviate Cognition Coaching to CoCo, I’ve been inspired to find out more about the famous Coco Chanel. A quote of hers that I came across recently really resonated with me in the wake of the pandemic: “Hard times arouse an instinctive desire for authenticity.” After a difficult period of isolation, authentic friendships have been more important to me than ever! Good one Nicky/Coco! Yeah, have heard alot of people saying they've had reminders of the real and important things in life. More good times with good people has been the big one for me. So glad we're doing that more again!
