Afternoon ABN. Sharing my picture at the start line for the Aberdeen run yesterday. Completed the half marathon in 2h 6mins - chuffed with the time for it being my first half marathon but today feeling it, the legs are stiff!lol. Did anyone else run? if so any top tips for dealing with the stifness?

As for the stiffness, a nice soak in the bath and some magnesium gel should help for next time if you're stiff after it. I went out with my running club on the Tuesday after and ended up doing 7 miles as I miscalculated the route a bit ;-) A short run can actually help the legs a bit though.
