A few years ago I had a very short lived career as a model - it was roughly half hour 😂. (And apparently I couldn’t tan my hands at the time either 🙈)
Does this make me a model? Hell no.
So would a few hours training qualify you to assist in people's health goals? Hell no! ❌
This is why taking nutrition advice from your MLM reps and slimming club leaders is never a good idea. These guys receive very little training around nutrition and coaching. (Training is more sales focussed).
I did my National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) coaching then went on to do an undergrad certificate in lifespan nutrition with RGU so I am more than qualified to help you with your nutrition and health goals.
Even if you don't choose me as your coach, make sure you are not choosing a charlatan.

Well put, a few hours online training and some help from google, does not come close to making someone an expert in their field. Unfortunately, it happens accross a lot of industries and sectors.
It does and can quite often leave people worse off and out of pocket.
The fake tan made me laugh, my daughters a good few years ago loved fake tan, use to end up everywhere!!
My fake tan days are over! There were too many disasters. haha Glad you agree! :)
Nicely put and totally agree with qualification relevance and experience..
Thank you Paul!
Good one SJ! Modelling question (asking on behalf of a model friend) - how come over the years your forehead has become even smoother??
Lots of Scottish water.
Thanks for sharing that. I've tried the same by taking ice in my whisky. But it's not working?
