Last week saw me back at M4 networking and it has not lost its appeal. My networking journey began here at ABN and it was here that I learnt how to begin building my network, find clients and see my business grow. From a nervous networker to one who today is not only comfortable in a room filled with strangers but also confident in connecting with the people I want to build a working relationship with.
Back in 2013 I knew a handful of people and through the variety of networking options with ABN my network has grown. I am now also a networker in other networking groups, but I never forget where it all began.
It has been a varied journey and learning to roll with the punches and the ever changing world, sees our networks, our family being the community that keeps us alive in the business world, plus we make friends for life.
My business is hardly recognisable from the one I entered with at Pittodri Stadium back in the day, and recently it went to the next level as I published my first goal based planner on #amazon.
"Find Your Voice" is a 90 Day planner and it aligns with my 90 Day Planning workshop as well as supporting my clients who work with me to grow their businesses in the Mindblox 12 Week Business Coaching program. What makes me happiest about the Planner is it can be used with or without my program, it includes a full set of instructions on how to use it for maximum results. :) The best part is that I coached Sally through her goal of being a Planner creator and coach...her journey is pretty amazing. I then asked her to help me bring my planner to life. We don't achieve our goals in isolation, the skills you need to bring your vision to life may be in another and together everything is possible.
It was super exciting when Andrew told me he had purchased his copy, I will not tell you what Goal he has chosen to achieve in the next 90 days, suffice to say it will be well worth the wait, and if using my planner will support him in taking it across the line then that is my goal achieved for him and anyone who buys a copy.
Let me tell you Andrew has his own coach (not me) a fantastic man (yes we have met) and what they focus on is between them, but to be coachable is a wonderful opportunity to grow, not only personally but professionally too.
