I have more and more customers coming to me each day looking to get a new supplier for their vehicles because the company they use has tried to (in their words) "rip them off" with end of hire damage.
This is what gives vehicle rental a bad name!!
Not at Turner Car and Van Rental - our unjust enrichment policy means that we make no mark up on any damage estimates/parts/labour - if we pay £30 to replace a punctured tyre the customer pays £30 - complete transparency.I only wish all companies treated their customers with the same respect we do.
Safe to say I'm sure everyone has a horror story relating to this, what is yours?
