One aspect of the work I do as AndBreathe is supporting, nurturing and educating adults and young people in schools across the North East of Scotland about positive mental health & wellbeing. My background in education, combined with my mental health & wellbeing work, means that I have a very good understanding of the current pressures on both staff and pupils in schools. If you know of anyone who works in a school, particularly if they are responsible for HWB (health&wellbeing) please feel free to give them my contact details and direct them to the 'schools' page on my website https://www.andbreathe123.com/schools.html
I offer the following packages:
Paws b is a classroom-based mindfulness curriculum for 7-11 year olds, made up of 6 themes that can be delivered over 6 weeks (one hour sessions) or 12 weeks (30 minute sessions).
.b, pronounced [dot-be], is the UK’s leading mindfulness curriculum for 11-18 year olds in schools. .b stands for ‘stop and be’, a simple practice at the heart of this ten lesson (one hour session) course.
One to One small/group: support for children who find a formal curriculum challenging, using a mix of skills, including mindfulness, EFT, yoga and the outdoors.
AndBreathe in Schools: Bespoke sessions for schools, includng Mindfulness, EFT, 16 Guideliens and other practical skills & activities
Staff Wellbeing - Gillian facilitates wellbeing sessions for school staff, sharing Mindflness, EFT, 16 Guidelines and other practical skills.
I very much appreciate the support I have found within the ABN community, so am confident someone will know someone!
Thank you,
Have a great weekend!

Who does the ideal contact in schools tend to be? The head teacher? Or an administrator?
