Hey guys! Why are updated headshots important? OK, its 'just' a photo, but what does that photo say?

A good portrait captures your personality - that's a given. A really good headshot communicates your values, whether that's your personal values or your business / corporate values. It tells people the kind of person and company they're dealing with. It speaks to your integrity, trustworthiness, transparency and authenticity.
