When Darren approached me his goals were ensuring he was getting the most out of his diet to fuel his day.
We worked on ensuring his meals contained the right nutrients and kept him going.
The side effect to this was over a 10kg fat loss during our time together.
Darren did this while still enjoying meals out with his family and his mint twirl now and again. (Mint chocolate is something we could never agree on working together but each to their own π).
The key to a good diet is finding one that works for you which is what Darren has done and he can now go off on his own.
