There are even schemes for First Time Buyers that can allow them to buy with £0 deposit. The 95% deals starting to9 come back is very encouraging for everyone though!
It's great for young people, paying rent and saving for a house has been impossible for many.
This is a great development particuarly for younger people trying to get onto the property ladder!
