The GEF Safari Series, licensed by Scottish Athletics, gives runners the chance to compete over 3 different distances whilst also receiving a unique Kenyan safari animal medal at each event.

Mel's Union Street Mile on Saturday 26th August @ Union Street, Aberdeen in association with Celebrate Aberdeen.
Races start from 10.30am with Primary P3-7, followed by the Secondary S1-6s at 10.40am and finally the Adults race taking place at 10.50am. Due to the tight time available due to road closures and the Celebrate Aberdeen Parade starting at 11am, entrants must be able to complete 1 mile in under 12 minutes. Also due to the tight schedule we are unfortunately not able to offer races on the day for children P2 and below.
Entries now open (entries will close 2 weeks before race date).
Anyone unable to race on the day can do so virtually and submit their time of their run before the 26th of August to info@gathimbaedwardsfoundation.org.
