Building on customer service, this workshop will explore ways to increase sales and average transaction value by interacting in a purposeful way with your customers, either online or face to face.

The workshop will explore in detail how to increase the value of average transactions through add on’s and upselling, in such a way that the customer does not feel pressured to buy. It will investigatenatural, non pressured interactions and the reasons why many businesses fail in this area.

The workshop will cover the following:

  • Setting Key Performance Indicators to match the needs of the business
  • Using add on’s and upselling techniques to increase sales
  • How sales techniques can be adapted to suit different types of customer

The workshop will provide the basis for increasing revenue through identifying opportunities to increase basket size and levels of sales by understanding and satisfying customer needs within a no pressure to buy environment.
