BWS are delighted to have Zoe Ogilvie as their guest speaker at the connectors lunch in Aberdeen on the 23rd of August 2019.
The BIG Partnership, is one of the UK’s top marketing agencies and Zoe Ogilivie is one of the most highly regarded communications practitioners in Scotland, Zoe has 25 years’ experience in the UK and overseas.
A deal was announced in 2017 that saw Zoe Ogilvie become the major shareholder in the Big Partnership, Scotland’s largest PR and digital marketing agency and ranked the UK’s second largest independent agency outside of London.
Zoe now has a key role in guiding an agency with a turnover in excess of £8m and 115 employees and which now has six offices, including Manchester and London.
Zoe is tailoring Big to capitalise on the opportunities presented by delivering truly integrated campaigns. One of the most highly regarded and experienced public relations practitioners in the North of Scotland, she has almost 30 years’ experience in PR in the UK and overseas.
Beginning her career with a boutique marcomms agency in Paris, Zoe is a fluent French speaker and passionate Francophile.
On returning to her native Aberdeen, she joined Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce as public affairs manager. Following a stint with Beattie Media while establishing their presence in the Granite City, she joined BIG founders, Alex Barr and Neil Gibson to set up BIG’s Aberdeen office.
She is on the board of the Robert Gordon University, a Burgess of the City of Aberdeen and is communications advisor to the Board of ONE (Opportunity North-east). She is married with a teenage daughter.
